  • 0.5 cup - Green pepper – chopped
  • 3 cups - Water
  • 1 tablespoon - Soy sauce
  • 1 package - Uncle Ben's Grain and Wild Rice Mix

Recipe steps:

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the butter flavored nonstick cooking spray.
  • Add the venison steak strips and cook until browned.
  • Add 1 cup of water and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the onion soup mix, mushroom soup, water, soy sauce and wild rice mix.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
