Make sure to include creamed soups like beans pinto, navy, black; and cream of potato, especially cream of tomato. Cooked fruits can be mashed up for a delicious dish. Add some veg juices like V8 or 'splash'. Soft bananas, cool seedless watermelon and milk shakes can also be added for extra sweetness. Don't forget about frozen yogurts and fruit flavored yogurts! Ground deli meats like bologna, deviled ham spread (pureed picnic loaf), and hummus and/or nut butters, thinned can also be added. Then you can try out puddings and pudding-pie with crumb crust, spaghetti ohs, tiny curd cottage cheese and cheesecake. Flans and brulees, mac and cheese made with soft pasta, creamed cereals, jello, ice creams, custards, sorbets, and sherbets are also great options. Finally, add in soft barley, broth, soft minced carrot, cold soft tofu cubes, soy sauce, grated ginger, scallions and miso soup for a tasty meal.
